Beating the Blues has been through many independent randomized controlled trials. The results of these trials, published in various peer-reviewed journals, demonstrate that Beating the Blues is an effective treatment for anxiety and depression, and is more helpful than medication treatment alone.

Our study showed that the effectiveness of Beating the Blues was independent of the severity of depression. People with sub-threshold depressive symptoms were also effectively treated. Beating the Blues has also been shown to be effective in treating depression in people with physical illness.
