Beating the Blues highlighted in California Health Care Foundation Paper

The California Health Care Foundation (CHCF) have published a report on the potential value that oline programs such as Beating the Blues could add to the availability of support and treatment to people experiencing common mental health problems in the US.

Beating the Blues is highlighted as one of the leading solutions worldwide within the section on computerized cognitive behavioural therapy (cCBT).
